About Me

I have worked in a helping role throughout my career, including working as an educational psychologist, teaching assistant and support worker. I began counselling in 2019 and worked with the charity NAOS for six years. During this time, I worked with a diverse range of clients, which was a wonderful privilege.

I am passionate about faith, football and food. I have experienced first-hand how beauty, nature and exercise can enhance our well-being, and this has helped to inspire the ‘walk and talk’ sessions I provide.

My work as an educational psychologist has deepened my understanding of child development and how childhood and school experiences can impact us, which has greatly enhanced my counselling work.
